Data Services

This describes the range of data services offered by this website. This includes the presentation of data on screen.

Free Data Services
Free data services are available to registered and non-registered users. Non-registered users have access to realtime measurement summaries on the home page. Once a user is registered they are able to view the latest 24 hours of measurements at a number of locations along the Dubai coastline. They also have access to an interactive map of all the sites where data is available.

Paid Data Services
A registered user may order data by downloading the data request form and submitting it by email to the Coastal Zone & Waterways Management Section of Dubai Municipality for approval (hmmahaba@dm.gov.ae). Once approved the data request will be processed within three working days from the payment. The price of the data is related to the type and quantity of data ordered.

Terms and Conditions for data services
Any measurement summaries, documents or data provided on or downloaded from the dubaicoast site are provided as-is and the Dubai Municipality does not guarantee the quality, nor take responsibility for the use the data is put to, nor for any conclusions drawn from it. The data is provided for the use stated by the user upon registration and may not be used for any other purpose without seeking prior permission from Dubai Municipality. Where referenced in publications, Dubai Municipality must be acknowledged as the information source.
