Lifeguards are available on the beaches during the day only from sunrise to sunset. Lifeguards are available on the night swimming beaches from sunset till midnight.
For your safety and beach enjoyment, please follow all instructions given by lifeguards:
- Lifeguards are present on the beaches from sunrise to sunset ONLY. After dark you swim at your own risk except for night swimming beaches
- For your safety, and that of the other beach users, please respect and listen to the advice given by the lifeguards and beach patrolling officers, and do not interfere with their duties
- The locations of the Lifeguard Stations and the area covered by lifeguard patrol and rescue are clearly demarcated on the map of each beach on the Information Board
- First Aid is available at the Lifeguard Stations but accessible only during the time the lifeguards are present on this beach
